The Best Western Albany Airport Inn (BWAAI) handles reservations differently than most other hotels. In order to reserve a room in the Albacon block you must call the hotel directly at (518) 458-1000 and identify that you are with Albacon.
Special Needs
If you have any special needs (1st floor room, accessible room, etc.) please fill out the Albacon Hotel Special Request form below and let us know about your needs as well. But, make sure to make your reservation with the hotel before submitting the form.
All accessible rooms and most of the rooms close by the function space are in the Albacon block, so you must have a room in that block for us to be able to help you.

Hotel Block
Our hotel block of rooms is only being held until Friday, March 10, 2017! After that date the hotel will honor the Albacon rate if they have rooms available. To insure you get a room at the Albacon rate and the room type you request make sure to reserve your room before March 10.
