Once again, there will be a Writer’s Workshop in conjunction with Albacon all day Friday. Authors will discuss various aspects of publishing and we will have a critiqing panel so you can get feedback. Get advice on how to polish and market your work.
The workshop is held in conjunction with Albacon. An Albacon membership is required as well as registration for the Workshop. There is no additional charge for the Writer’s Workshop, but there is a cost associated with Friday’s Lunch.

Please bring the beginning of one of your works. Authors will read the first few pages and then make suggestions and point out areas that can be improved.

ALBACON WRITERS’ WORKSHOP

Writers’ Workshop: (n) a gathering of writers coming together in the name of creativity; an exchange of words, ideas, strategies, and techniques; a method of providing support to each other and to the writing community.
Whether you’re an established professional or an enthusiastic novice, you’ll want to join the Writers’ Workshop. The workshop will blast off on Friday, March 31, 2017, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The Writers’ Workshop is offered as part of Albacon 2016, Albany’s premier SciFi/Fantasy/Horror/Comic/Costuming event.
