In order to provide consistent guidance for LASTSFA events and activities, including the Albacon convention, this policy codifies and clarifies long-standing practice.
Any exceptions to this policy should be rare in nature, reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and must be approved by the LASTSFA Board of Directors or their designee.
Statement on Refunds
LASTSFA does not issue refunds for events, activities, registrations, dues, or other fees.
For recurring events and in lieu of a refund, you may request that a payment be applied to the next event. Some event/activity-based fees may not allow for application to a future event/activity.
